By accessing or using WorkKitPro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
WorkKitPro is a job management application designed for Australian tradespeople. The App provides tools for quoting, scheduling, invoicing, receipt tracking, photo documentation, and client management.
3. Account Registration
To use the App, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes related to managing your trade business. You must not:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems
- Upload malicious content or interfere with the App's operation
- Use the App to send spam or unsolicited communications
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App, including client information, job details, photos, quotes, and invoices. We store your data securely using Firebase cloud infrastructure. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
6. Pricing and Payment
The App may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Pricing is displayed within the App and on our website. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Founding member pricing, where offered, will be honoured for the lifetime of an active subscription.
7. Quotes and Invoices
WorkKitPro provides tools to generate quotes and invoices. You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of quotes and invoices you send to your clients
- Compliance with Australian tax laws including GST obligations
- Ensuring your ABN and business details are correct
WorkKitPro is not an accounting service and does not provide financial or tax advice.
8. Availability and Updates
We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, WorkKitPro and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the ACT.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
